The role of the Personal Health Support Program Manager is to create, implement, support, evaluate, and refine the health improvement programs for Alere's clients. Manage multiple client accounts. Hours are approximately 40 per week. Local and national travel to client locations will be required approximately 25% to 35% of the time.

Job Skills - QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus. Experience in employee wellness and/or population health management is required. Knowledge in human resources and/or benefits is preferred. Additional requirements include demonstrated skill in program development, implementation, evaluation, marketing and promotions; and excellent leadership and customer service skills. Must be capable of making independent decisions, multi-tasking, possess excellent communication skills as well as public speaking & presentation skills and be computer literate. Local and national travel to client locations will be required approximately 25% to 35% of the time.
